Center of ornaments appear to have been attached to wreaths with temporary tabs. It looks like centers are supposed to be punched out and hung/dangled from hook on top of "wreath." All centers have been punched out and are ready to be hung. Packaging has wear, dents, and tears. See photos for more detail.
