Somewhat of a rare error, which to my knowledge happens when the machining lines from the milled dies aren't cleaned up, which then transfers the lathe lines to the finished coin. please see coin for grade. The lines can easily been seen by naked eye. I tried to provide as many pictures as possible. Any questions feel free to ask!
